This is our chance to slow things down and really get into it. We’ll spend a full hour talking through your health story, what’s been going on, and what you’d like to change — no rushing, no box-ticking. I’ll listen, ask the right questions, and help connect the dots so we can understand the bigger picture. Whether we meet in person or online, this session is all about being heard, gaining clarity, and setting a thoughtful path forward together.
